KLEER Meeting Solutions provides onsite registration services for the 2011 Annual CIC CMP Conclave

KLEER Meeting Solutions, a division of KLEERTECH, was selected as the onsite registration sponsor for the Annual CIC (Convention Industry Council) CMP Conclave. This year’s event was held May 9-11, 2011 at the Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico.

Conclave is the industry’s only exclusive meeting of CMPs (Certified Meeting Planners). The CIC CMP Conclave is a very unique event for certificates who wish to contribute to their profession. The Conclave provides many opportunities for CMPs to build relationships and partner with other meeting professionals. CMPs also enhance their professional expertise by participating in exam development, attending educational sessions and networking with fellow CMPs.

This year, KLEER Meeting Solutions (KMS) was given the opportunity to demonstrate its registration services to more than 250 certified meeting planners.

One of the many highlights this year was session tracking via hand-held, wireless scanners. This allowed the staff to track and view real-time attendee data captured through bar code scanning. Additionally, the staff is able to quickly generate electronic certificates (in PDF format) through the KMS online CEU certificate generator – eliminating a lot of manual, post-conference work.

Additional features utilized this year included: electronic email confirmations to the registered attendees, on-demand badge printing at the registration desk, wireless scanners, onsite reporting, as well as on-site equipment and staffing supplied by KMS.
