Production & Lead Times

Production time varies based on whether the item is a stock product or a custom product. Stock products are items we keep in inventory in our warehouse and require a 1-5 business day lead time. Custom or printed products are items which are manufactured using specific guidelines and require a minimum lead time of 15 business days after proof approval.

There is a 100 piece minimum quantity per category or color for custom products and a $15 set up charge for each category or color.  A $15 set-up charge may apply for custom order quantities of less than 500 total pieces.

Once your order is placed, a customer care representative will be able to give you a more accurate ship date. In most cases, we can expedite any product if requested. Specific rush charges will apply depending on how quickly we’re requested to ship.

Allowing for routine waste during the manufacturing process, the manufacture of custom printed items typically produces a 5% overage of product, and the quantity shipped and billed may be up to 5% more than the actual quantity ordered.
