Shipping Information

Products are normally shipped ground service (UPS or LTL carrier depending on weight and size) unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are FOB Fenton, MO. There is a $5 handling fee per order which will be added to the freight cost. Orders with more than one ship-to address will be charged $5 for each destination. If you prefer to pay shipping charges yourself, you may designate your preferred carrier. Below is a chart showing normal UPS ground shipping times. KLEERTECH® does not ship on weekends and the following holidays: Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. In addition, our operations and manufacturing facility shuts down twice a year for routine maintenance and inventory purposes. This normally occurs over Independence Day and Christmas Day.
